VoIP's competitive advantage over other systems' lies in its ability to cut costs for the consumers. It is a user friendly system that offers collaborative space for all types of communication. In the current economic environment, VoIP phone systems act not only as cost-saving tools, but as investments towards a more connected workforce in a globalized economy. Small and medium-sized businesses are bound to reap the rewards of this trend as knowledge and communication play a leading role in their overall strategy and technology is collapsing the boundaries that keep these internal systems from becoming more dominant processes.

Why Switch to VoIP?
There are many advantages to utilizing business grade, VOIP enabled broadband for your small, medium or large business. VOIP is the cost effective solution to getting a handle on rising communications costs and increased demand to have sophisticated phones systems in place. Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) in conjunction with an IP PBX system provides enterprise-class phone capabilities easily connecting satellite offices together at drastic savings compared with traditional phone systems. VOIP for your business brings a simplified infrastructure, advanced features and cost savings for all of your communications needs. Research and compare business VOIP providers to find the right VOIP solutions for your business.

Business VoIP
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) involves using your Internet connection to place and receive calls. A business VoIP phone solution like Rapid Response is the same as residential VoIP except that business VoIP includes a PBX and offers many more advanced features like desk to desk calling, automated attendant, managing extensions, music on hold, find me - follow me, conference calling and much more. Business VoIP also often includes an Internet connection that routes calls over a private network which guarantees quality phone calls.

I can't find an address to write a complaint to AT&T?
I have a complaint with AT&T that still hasnt been resolved after 7 mos of calling EVERY SINGLE month to fix. The problem is they've somehow attached a business long distance contract to my bill (someone else's, it clearly lists a different phone number for the calls and the contract start date is before I even moved in to my house) and everytime I call, I'm on hold for over an hour, have to explain the prob to the agent while he/she speaks to me like I'm stupid, asking q's like "are you sure you don't have a business in your home?" and "Are you sure you did'nt make those calls?" To TEXAS, NY, and ALABAMA?? NO, i don't even know anyone in those states!! Anyways, sorry about the rant, but the thing is that I like the rates for phone&internet, so I want to keep my service, just want to get rid of this crazy bus contract thing. Their site doesn't have an address to write to, I'm sick of calling, if I email, they just call me back, so i wrote a ltr but dont know where to send it. Does anyone know where i can find an address or know of other options? Thank you!
